Our story
Since opening our doors in 1966, Gagle's Heating and Air Conditioning has established itself as the hometown leader in the Salem area for innovative and practical solutions to all your heating and cooling needs.
Mert and Linda Gagle founded the company with a vision of top-notch customer service and quality products. Mert taught the HVAC apprenticeship program at Chemeketa Community College for over 15 years, served on the board of OR-ACCA, and was appointed to the Oregon Mechanical Officials Association — helping write the heating and air conditioning codes for the State of Oregon. His legacy remains at the heart of our business.
Today, their son Mark Gagle and grandson Grant Gagle run the day-to-day operations — the third generation of family members to carry the torch — with Linda still an integral part of daily office life.
